Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.topproduit.ch , operated from Switzerland.
They govern the contractual relationship between the customer and TopProduit.ch, for any order delivered in Europe.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
TopProduit.ch offers a diverse selection of low- and medium-priced products, delivered directly from suppliers via a dropshipping model.
Photographs, descriptions, and product information are provided for informational purposes only. Despite our best efforts, slight differences may exist between the image and the product received.
3. Price
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF).
VAT applicable in Switzerland (8.10%) is not included, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation. Delivery is free for orders over CHF 100.-.
4. Order & Payment
Payment is due upon ordering, via the following means:
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal
TWINT
The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. In case of refusal or technical problem, the order will be automatically canceled.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are guaranteed to countries in the European Union and Switzerland.
Estimated delivery times are 7 to 20 business days. These times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the supplier, delivery country, or time period.
6. Right of complaint & returns
The customer has 14 days after receiving the package to report a problem (non-compliant, damaged item, etc.).

⚠️ No returns will be accepted for:
Used or opened products
Returns without prior agreement
The customer is responsible for return costs, unless there is a proven error on our part.
7. Liability
TopProduit.ch cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or events beyond our control (customs, strikes, supplier delays, etc.).
8. Personal data
The personal data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations. It is under no circumstances resold or transmitted to unauthorized third parties.

9. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred before any legal action.
