Delivery, Returns & Refunds

1. 📦 Delivery

We deliver our products throughout Europe, including Switzerland.

🕒 Delivery times

The average delivery time is 7 to 20 working days from order confirmation.
These deadlines may vary depending on the country, the product or the period (holidays, promotions, etc.).

🚚 Delivery costs

  • Free delivery on orders over CHF 100.-.

  • Below this amount, delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering.

📍 Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available). Tracking may vary depending on the carrier used.

2. 🔁 Returns & Complaints

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here are our rules:

📝 Claim deadline

You have 14 days after receiving the product to report a problem to us (damaged product, order error, etc.).

Please attach a photo of the product concerned to facilitate processing.

🔙 Return conditions

A return is only possible if:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The packaging is intact.

⚠️ Returns of opened, used or incomplete products will not be accepted.

🚚 Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Once the return has been accepted and the package received, a refund or credit will be offered to you within 10 working days.

3. 💳 Refunds

Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
